Getting Started
Power On: Hold the circular dot on the device's power button for 3 seconds. You’ll hear a ring-ring chime.
Power Off: Double-press the button, then hold for 3 seconds to hear two beeps confirming shutdown.
1. Open the Find My App → Items → Add Item → Other Supported Item.
2. Hold the Taglet button for 3 seconds until you hear a chime.
3. Tap “Connect” when prompted.
4. Choose a name and emoji.
5. Link to your Apple ID and tap Finish.
Frequently Asked Questions
If the Taglet hasn’t moved, it will enter sleep mode. The last known location may appear old, but it’s usually accurate. Updates occur when Apple devices pass nearby.
Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or reset your Taglet. The first pairing may take up to 2 minutes. Please be patient.
Taglet is designed exclusively for Apple’s Find My network. At this time, it’s not compatible with Android or Google’s tracking systems.
Yes — all Taglet products come with a standard one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Orders and Returns
We accept all major credit cards, powered by Yoco.
You can return your Taglet within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and documentation included.
Shipping
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email.
For now, we’re only shipping within South Africa — but we hope to go global soon!
